How EDMX Consulting was born from identifying a critical market need.
EDMX Consulting was founded in 2021 by Enrique Duarte during a pivotal moment in global supply chains. As the pandemic disrupted traditional manufacturing and logistics networks, businesses began urgently seeking alternatives to distant overseas production.
Having worked across construction, mining, manufacturing, and business development, Enrique recognized that many companies wanted to expand to Mexico but lacked the practical knowledge to execute effectively. They needed more than just advice—they needed a partner who could handle the complexities and deliver results.
What began as freelance consulting quickly evolved into EDMX Consulting, built on a clear vision: strengthening the Americas through business partnerships that benefit both international companies and the Mexican economy, creating better jobs while helping businesses reduce costs and risks.
